Over the last few years, the DiP series has been rereleased an issue or 2 at a time in reverse chronological order by Real Gone Music (with a single exception so far, being volume 10 and the legendary 12/29/77 show) and sold through a variety of online retailers I think I've picked up 6 releases that I was missing in that time (most recently the bodacious '73 show(s) on vol).
